Pre-delivery policy
  • After your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the order and inform you of any comments or issues that arise during our review of your order, such as regarding products or quantities. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled.
  • To complete your order, you must provide all required information. Please note that additional information, such as a copy of your national ID card, may be requested if the purchase amount exceeds 25,000 Egyptian pounds, or if any other information is necessary to process your order.
  • As a prerequisite for processing the shipment, payment of the shipping fee is required as a minimum requirement to complete the shipping procedures.
  • Your electronic invoice will be issued on your account on the website after the delivery is completed. If you are unable to access it within 48 hours of delivery, please contact customer service at 19616.
How to receive the order
  • Shipping and delivery will only be to the address specified in your purchase order, and this address cannot be changed after customer service has contacted you to confirm the order.
  • The shipping document must be signed with your full name and national ID number.
  • Your signature on the shipping document with the delivery person serves as official confirmation that you have received all items in your order in good condition and complete. Therefore, please ensure you verify that you have received all items, including the correct quantity, colors, and that the products are undamaged, as the company is not responsible for any shortages or damage after delivery.
  • If the customer is unable to receive their order, whether due to a delivery issue or any other reason, or if there are any damaged or unwanted products, please contact customer service to confirm and clarify the situation and ensure the order is resolved correctly.
  • The company is not responsible for unloading, loading, or transporting the goods, nor for providing labor or delivering the goods from the vehicle to the property.
Return and exchange policy
  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as when received, including original packaging and the product itself, unless it is one of the products listed as non-returnable.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for product return and replacement.
  • Any product can be exchanged within a maximum of 30 days from the shipping date, and only for specific reasons related to the product, such as a change in size or color. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.
  • The product will be replaced with another product, or a credit will be added to the customer’s account.

  • Refunds are calculated based on the original payment amount, regardless of the current value.
Steps for replacement and return
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us via our website. Please note that you are required to provide a video and photos showing the condition of the product you wish to return or exchange.
  • Order confirmation: Our customer service representative will review the customer’s request for order replacement or return and ensure direct communication with the customer.
  • For returns or exchanges, the product must be unused and in good condition, with all original accessories and packaging. If there is any damage, it must be the same as the condition in which the customer received the product; otherwise, we cannot accept the exchange request. If the product is in its original condition with all its accessories and is undamaged, our representative will inspect it. If the customer prefers an exchange, the inspection process takes approximately 5 working days. The replacement product will then be shipped to the customer within approximately 48 hours after the inspection is completed and confirmed.
  • The customer is responsible for the safe transport of the returned product until it reaches our warehouse for inspection and acceptance. If the warehouse refuses to accept the return due to defects, missing items, damaged packaging, or any other reason that prevents us from reselling it to other customers, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Regarding the industry’s shortcomings
  • Contact us. Call our customer service team at 19616 to register a complaint. The complaint details will be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection and a report will be prepared. A decision will then be made based on the report.
Refund policy
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used, and any administrative fees incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund for cash payments: The refund will be processed by transferring the amount to the customer’s bank account, or the customer can receive the refund in cash by visiting one of our branches.
  • The refund process takes 7-14 business days, and can be completed via one of the following payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or Instapay.
