Terms and conditions

  • The raffle will be conducted randomly among invoices issued through the ELWAN booth at the CERAMIX Exhibition, provided that the orders are fully completed and payment has been made in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
  • Raffle prizes will be delivered together with the winners’ orders.
  • Only invoices that have been successfully registered through the ELWAN website will be eligible for the raffle.
  • Winners will be announced on the following day through the ELWAN website, on each customer’s personal account page.
  • Raffle results will be announced daily on each participant’s personal account page on the website. Participants are therefore advised to check their accounts throughout the exhibition. If a participant does not win in a particular day’s draw, their entry will automatically remain eligible for all subsequent daily draws until the final day of the exhibition, giving them renewed opportunities to win.
