1- How long does order delivery take?

Delivery is within 2 to 5 business days for light orders / 7 to 10 business days for heavy orders within the country, depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the product, if stock is available. For special orders, shipping is according to the supplier’s approved lead time.

2- Is shipping available to any location?

Yes, shipping is available to locations within the country.

3- Can a specific delivery date be scheduled?
Customer Service will review whether the requested date is available.

Second: Exchange and Returns

1- Can the product be returned after receiving it?

Yes, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and unused. In accordance with the exchange and return terms, which you can review here.

2- Who bears the shipping fees in case of return or exchange?
If the error is on our side (a product not matching the requested product)—a complete mismatch, not a color shade difference (or a manufacturing defect)—the company bears the full shipping fees. In any cases other than the two mentioned, the customer bears the shipping fees.
3- How do I submit a return or exchange request?

1- What payment methods are available?

Payment in cash through one of our branches, or via bank deposits and transfers, or through debit and credit cards securely via the website.

Yes, all prices include VAT unless otherwise stated on the product page.

1- Is there a warranty on all products?

2- Are the images on the website identical to the actual product?

We strive to display accurate and clear images for each product; however, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings or lighting.
